Loyalists "like the location" of this chain outpost "connected to the Galleria Shopping Center" with its plethora of stores and eateries, especially those with "happy teenage travelers" in tow; but when it comes to the hotel's facilities, reviews are mixed – some find "spacious" rooms with "amazing pillows" that allow for a "quiet" night's sleep and others declare the staff "confused" and the "outdated" space in "need of renovation."

Hotel needs to be updated and remodeled, showing lots of wear. Elevators incredibly slow.

The room was very nice and spacious. Staff was preoccupied and not overly friendly.

There was no fridge, coffee pot, or microwave in the room.

After staying at the other Westin in March, for the same price, I was disappointed to find that small room compared to the nice suite I had on my last trip to Houston. The bathroom was tidy but had dust build up and everything was an extra expense. ...read more
